SIGN CODES

MAIN Stage and Side ("Band") Signs are triggered by 8 character control codes.  They can be set:
1. Manually on chat channel -1910 (see how below)
2. Automatically via encoded song tracks (EMBEDDED in the Artist field of song track info of SavoyStream tracks.)  

BAND signs show:
​ - BAND cards for each encoded music track
 - AD Spots for Old Time Radio ads
 - AD Spots for Savoy shows (commercials)
​ - AD Spots for select Swing Town shops and attractions (coming soon)
​ - SHOW cards when set by stream trigger OR manually set by Talent

 How to manually set Sign Control Codes:
1. Chat on channel -1310
2. Stand within chat distance (20m) of sign panels
EITHER: Enter directly into chat            with /9 -1310 (CODE) 
OR
​Use a CHAT BAR per screen cap below and to the right:
Use Firestorm and set: Preferences - Chat - Typing and   Check boxes:   
+ Show send chat button in chat bar for IM Sessions
+ Add a chat bar in the Nearby Chat window
      + Show channel selection in chat bar
       + Show chat type/send chat button in chat bar

MAIN STAGE SIGNS
Two: one in front of front curtain (when curtain is down)
One in front of back curtain (when curtain is UP)
MAIN SIGN: set to DAILY SUMMARY card at 1AM SL each day through specially encoded AD spot.

MAIN STAGE CURTAIN CODES   (set manually)
curtainu  -  UP "raises" curtain (disappears) also front MAIN stage
                sign goes alpha (disappears)
curtaind   - DOWN "lowers" normal curtain (appears) and sets MAIN
                stage signs to "Welcome to Savoy"

AIN STAGE SIGN CODES
Around 1am SL, MAIN sign is set to that day's panel through a special encoded on-air ad.   This can be manually changed during the day, or reset by appropriate song trigger.

SIDE STAGE SIGNS ("Band")
format: 512px wide by 384px hi
Name texture with TWO CAPS followed by six non-caps (CSclears)
3Bbandna      3B= swing era BAND  bandna = 6 ch band name
L and R signs are triggered by the SAME embedded code in songs although have different textures (for bands)

SIDE STAGE SHOW AD CODES
clearscr - clear SIDE signs (disappear)
DISPoff   - turns off LISTEN function (freezes on current texture)
DISPonn  - turns on LISTEN function

All MAIN sign codes are in the Band Signs
All MAIN sign cards beginning with "SA" are in the Band Signs with "AD" and are triggered during the day by special stream tracks and manually.
EX:
ADmonday   - Daily Summary

​ADpartie       - current monthly party

TALENT PROCEDURES   (Singers, DJs & Show Guides)
​SHOW START 
1. Switch Parcel stream to your stream  (use SOUNDBOARD if possible)
2. Set BAND signs to your show card OR clear (clearscr)
3. Turn off listen (DISPoff) so sign freezes on your card
SHOW FINISH
1. Switch Parcel Stream to SAVOYstream (use SOUNDBOARD)
2. Turn ON Listen (DISPonn) so signs resume changing

The SOUNDBOARD is located under the dance floor near the main stage.  Our Savoy DJ and Singer streams are listed here, along with the SAVOYstreams.  USE THIS to change the parcel stream, rather than manually entering it in the parcel settings.
